Is anyone else scratching their head wondering where fall went to. Can't believe it's November 1st already with Christmas 55 days away.
My schedules been so hectic lately that I've haven't time to blog in what seems like months, well a month to be precise. Wish Facebook would sync with my blog, than all would be merry & bright in the world. LOL
The past two months I've been running around looking at homes, about 30 of them, on the hunt for the perfect place that can fit my ever growing scrapping needs...and my son, dog and cat. We found a gem in the next town over and should be getting keys December 5th, just in time for the holidays. Now comes the hard part, figuring out what to keep, donate and trash. If your like me, the scrapbook room is so full that it could use a great purge. Lucky for me, Papercraft Club House in Westbrook, CT, is holding their annual scrapbook tag sale in a few weeks. Perfect time to let some stuff go to a good home and earn some money in the process.
My last big event was vending at Scrap-away's Crop for a Cure in Bristol CT. The ladies really kept me busy with die-cuts, everything from more Disney themed titles, Snoopy, and many custom vacation spots. We also had two great classes. First one featuring our Jeepers Creepers paper pack. I designed this fun, whimsical layout for Halloween but I think it could be perfect for a boys birthday party.

This weekend I'm heading north to Jackson, New Hampshire to crop with Laurie and her ladies. Can you say breathtaking, that's what Eagle Mountain Hotel is. Situated in the middle of the mountains, just up the road from a quaint village with arts and crafts shops. They say the place is haunted and I totally believe it. Laurie from Scrapbooking New England puts on a great event. My hope is the snow and icky weather stay away while we are there. |
