I wanted to share one of my favorite personal layouts that I designed in August. This layout features our new Swan Lake paper.
Today starts my first house hunting adventures. I'm super excited and hope to find a place to accomidate all my scrapping craziness and maybe room for larger classes. As some of you know I'm renting my current home to be closer to work. Unfortunately the home comes with crazy neighbors. Because of this I've limited classes at my home, no need for my friends and clients to be screamed or cursed at.

Christmas!!! It really is looking like Christmas, visit Joann's or Homegoods and your surrounded by holiday bling. Can't remember a year when the retail Christmas came so early. For us crafters, the holiday's tends know no time limit. My good friend Shannon finished her holiday cards in July, which by the way has me green with envy. Close to My Heart has out done themselves this year. Our Holiday Expressions catalog is full of scrumptious patterns you'll have to gobble up. Today I wanted to focus on one of my favorite new patterns that just so happens to have a matching Cricut cartridge!! City Sidewalks is full of fun whimsical prints in bright reds, blues and greens. Snowy villages are paired with fine prints to provide a cohesive design palette. Close to My Heart has also introduced coordinating card stock kit to better aid you in designing those perfect layouts or cards. As many of you know, I love to design custom layouts kits. This time I've decided to create layouts using non-traditional CTMH patterns. Most of these designs follow sketches from various online challenges I've been following throughout the year.
My first kit of the season features (4) uniquely designed double-page layouts. Kit comes with City Sidewalks Paper Pack, Coordinating Card Stock, Complements and Washi Tape, additional white card stock, pre-cut Cricut designs using our new City Sidewalk Cartridge and Art Philosophy, and full color cutting instructions. This kit runs $40.00 and will be available until December 31st. I can also provide this kit fully cut and ready to assemble for an additional $8.00. Shipping cost is separate and varies by location. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Keep in mind that kits are available on a order basis only and are not available for immediate delivery or pickup. For those wanting some additional help with your Cricut Design Studio, I'll be teaching classes at New Canaan Public Library in October and November. Several advanced classes as well as some project classes will be announced shortly. I'm also available for one-on-one classes if you live in the Fairfield area. Simply send me a message on my Facebook page if interested. |
